First I would like to know the severity of injury. Has CT scan of your head is done. Since when you have been experiencing these symptoms. If you have consulted a neurologist and if in their opinion there is nothing to worry these symptoms will subside in few days. But if symptom persists you can consult psychiatrist to rule out anxiety.
Next Steps
Do not worry about the symptoms if your doctor says that there is nothing to worry.
