Heavy menstrual bleed
Periods ongoing for 7days ( including today ) , her usual duration is 4 days , has already used 10 pads till now .( usually use 6 pads in total )
Also note Periods were preceded by brownish discharge
She was treated for PCOS , took OCPs , completed her 1 full course (2020) and later discontinued on doctor's advice .
Recently she underwent a spine surgery (microdochectomy) post which, her menses got irregular.
KINDLY NOTE SHE DIDN'T GET HER PERIODS LAST MONTH (june) AND NOW PRESENTS WITH HEAVY MENSES preceded with brownish discharge.
