Heavy headed and tiredness all the time.
Hi, I'm a 27 years computer technician with heavy use of computer for 6-7 hours a day. I feel heavy headed, tired, weak and sleepy most of the times. I don't even know when it has started. Also I haven't done any physical exercise from last 2-3 years. I just walk few miles couple of times in a month unintentionally. Also nowadays I'm not able to remember few important things on a daily routine. I have been so busy/lazy from last few years to focus on health. Please help me with a solution.

Dear client Do you work from home or go to office? If you have to reach to office you can use cycle or walk and jog to work. Else you can go to a gym on your way home. You can carry homemade lunch and dry healthy snacks or salads with you. You have not mentioned about family members and marital status. They can motivate you to stick to your schedule.
Next Steps
You can get your eyes  checked. Can use spectacle or anti glare goggles. Also you have to use blue light filter settings on your digital  equipment. Blue light delays sleep.
Health Tips
Keep your screen time to minimal possible. Get up from your seat every 45 min and walk around your cubicle for 5 min.Exercise your eyes by concentrating on pointer finger and then moving it away and towards face alternatively.

Do 2 simple tricks...always use night mode and do periodically take small breaks &  check Ur eye power once. Hopefully things will be perfect.
