Heavy headache
My boyfriend got a really heavy headache since two days! After consuming nicotex at night! His chest pains a lot! N he couldn't sleep!

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can give him a tabm zerodol-p twice a day after food for headache.
For other issues, a clinical evaluation will be required. So take him to a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
