Is it normal? It doesnt happen when i only walk. It happens only when i talk on phone and walk simultaneously for 15 min around. Thanks

You are a LIMIT. First of all ; Human body is not designed for multi-tasking. You do one thing at a time. I am sure you must have heard of people being run over by train while talking on telephone and walking , or listening to music with headphones. Secondly; You know what is causing your problem. Why don't you take corrective action ? You are in that category ; "हम तो कुएं में कूदेंगे अब डाक्टर का फ़र्ज़ है कि हमें बचाए"
