Hi,
From 2 days I feel heaviness in my eyes & I get watery without any reason.
Is it because of lack of sleep or prolong using mobiles & laptops.
Can I use over the counter eye drops? Will it help?

Could be cos of digital strain
Get your eyes checked for refractive error
Yes u can use over the counter lubricating drops
To reduce strain take frequent breaks follow 20-20-20 rule
