You are using a wrong term.
Heat Stroke patients don't come home. They have to be carried to the hospital.
What you could have had was heat exhaustion.
Please consult with a General Physician in your area. You should be hospitalized and plenty of IV Fluids have to be pumped in. You need cool atmosphere, plenty of fluids and plenty of glucose.
Having loose motion is an associated finding which needs treatment in its own right.
