Hello doctor🙏 I want to ask.....If we eat 2 bananas daily in our diet, will we get diabetes??? 🤔!

Hello good morning Eating bananas does not cause diabetes but taking regularly does not help u in any way So include variety of fruits to ur diet rather than sticking to one particular fruit

We need to check the entire diet and activity in the daily routine and along with the please update the latest blood sugar reports which will update the current status of Hyperglycemia.
