Heartburn
Mam, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and past 2 days, I'm having horrible heart burn in the chest, indigestion, and nausea throughout the day.. nausea and indigestion have been having from the end of 3rd month.. I'm the next 3 days, I'll complete 5 months... what will help me with heartburn & indigestion? I have consulted doctor and razo, sucrofil O gel is not helping and also doxinate is not helping!!

Small frequent meals Avoid fried and spicy food walk after every meal doxinate is for  vomiting not for acidity you can connect for a prescription

Usually it reduces after 5th month..u need to have  diet rich in  fruits ,veggies and sprouts,..avoid salt and too much spicy food..have a gap of atleast 2 hrs between  your food and sleep..with your medications
