Heartburn during pregnancy
Hello doctor
I am in my 7th month now and face severe heartburn. Earlier, Gaviscon syrup would help me, now it doesn't. Pan-40 tablet helps me for a day or two. Is it safe to take Pan-40 once in every 3 days?

Should be avoided fr a prescription u can connect online
Avoid spicy n fried food
Walk after each meal
Small frequent meals n curd wud help
