Your lipid profile results are normal.Main issue is your weight of 133 kg which puts you in the obesity category 3 ,ie about 50 kgs more. How Obesity Affects Your Heart. The heavier you are, and the more fat you have on your body, the greater the strain on your heart. Obesity forces your heart to pump harder to distribute the blood throughout your body, and it causes your heart to beat faster especially when you are engaged in activity.
Next Steps
Losing even a little weight can greatly improve heart and vascular health, boost heart function, lower blood pressure and improve metabolism. Do ECG echo and glucose level HBA1C , thyroid profile renal function tests
