Heart rate increase
Is it normal to feel heart beat in throat and hear it in the ears while climbing up stairs...or cleaning home...I have done echo recently and ecg and tmt in april this year all are normal...it is really horrific experience... please help🙏

It is normal to have palpitations while doing exertion. All your heart tests are normal nothing to worry.

If your cardiac evaluation is normal, no need to worry. Do regular exercises like walking, cycling. It will subside.
