Heart rate @ 90
Sir/mam normally my resting heart rate stays normal between 70/80. But tonigjt it is constantly at 90/92... idk why it is high.. is this seeious?

Resting heart rate 60-100 is considered as normal unless you have any symptoms.Your weight could be a factor as well .Consider shedding some amount of the weight with lifestyle management.
