With a BMI of 15.4 you are severely underweight.
Anxiety accelerates the heart rate and you feel pounding partly because of your thin body structure. Those batteries of tests you have gone through are normal it's unlikely that palpitations are due to any cardiac causes.Think about increasing your weight by atleast 8kgs.
Hi
This could be due to low blood sugar levels or it could be Anxiety
Could you please tell me about your sugar levels if you have measured or your last HbA1c levels?
