Heart palpitations
I am 25 yrs old male. Weight 40kg height 161 cm (thin and under Weight). I experience heart pounding for 1 yrs. I did all the test like ecg,echo, blood test, thyroid, potassium, vitamin b12, vitamin d and calcium. And some neuro test like ct brain and eeg. All test are normal.. does my pounding heart caused by underweight? Or any other test I need?

With a BMI of 15.4 you are severely underweight. Anxiety accelerates the heart rate and you feel pounding partly because of your thin body structure.Those batteries of tests you have gone through are normal it's unlikely that palpitations are due to any cardiac causes.Think about increasing your weight by atleast 8kgs.
