Heart palpation and tachycardia
I am having heart palpation since past 2-3 weeks also high resting heart rate with high blood pressure about 154/95. So went for full body checkup. Haemoglobin Came 18.8 also RBC are high at 6.05 million As well as iron content is high while Vitamin D came low 17.3 and Vitamin B12 also low at 176. What could be propable cause?

The lab values as they are shown may be rechecked especially the Hemogram. As such only the hemoglobin value doesn’t help one Rechecking BP is advised

Hemoglobin is very high. Do you smoke by any chance? If not get a complete Hemogram test and an ultrasound abdomen test done to find out the cause of high Hemoglobin. For now take vitamin D and B12 supplements.

What is your age. Is there any giddiness present? BP is high and requires multiple recordings for 3 days in resting state. Vit D and B12 tablets can be started.

Have to use BP medications. Start Vitamin D and B 12 supplementation.
