I have been hearing my heartbeat through my right ear for quite some a while. It gets more worse at night my doctor has been giving me something to put through my ear.. It stopped for like 3 days but came back... Is there any other stuff I can take?

Hearing heart beat in the ear commonly occurs due to eustachian tube dysfunction..but should be ruled any vascular mass also.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
