Talk to experienced doctor online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Some lean and thin persons may have visible thumping of the heart beat on their chest wall. And many more will be aware of their heart beat. Both are normal.
You should get your ECG and 2D Echo done.
You should also try to develop your endurance and stamina so that you don't get such symptoms by running 500 metres.
Share your ECG first . And we can not suggest anything with just this much history . We would need more significant history . So kindly consult me here in practo where I'll be able to evaluate your condition in a better way .

Your history is acute and you have done ECG which you are saying is normal. Certain investigation need to be done for further evaluation . Baseline workup Complete blood count to look for Hb level, BSL(R) , Thyroid function test T3, T4, TSH. Better to get ECHO done with cardiology opinion
If above investigation are normal evaluation for phaeochromocytoma may be considered after complete examination and history taking.
If everything is normal likely possibility of Panic attack may be anxiety disorder for that Psychiatry opinion required
Next Steps
Tab Propranolol 10mg Two times can be taken till evaluation to control heart rate
