Heart appears in mid position
In my anamoly scan at 21 weeks it is written heart appears in mid position. Is it a normal finding or we have to do repeat scan or echo for it??

You will have to get at least three more scans (as the pregnancy advances). You have mentioned a situation which is compatible with life and it can't be corrected. It is not an indication for MTP. Wait for the subsequent scans and baby's birth. There may be nothing wrong with the baby.

Midposition is normal position Fetal Echo is a separate ultrasound which focuses specifically on the fetal heart At age  33 you should definitely go for it
