Please consult an ENT Specialist first who needs to clean your ears. If the sound persists, then repeat your pure tone audiogram & also get impedance audiometry done. This will reveal the cause of the tinnitus. There are rare conditions when small tumours called Acoustic Neuromas or Glomus Tumours may cause this symptom. These can be located by MRI scans.
