Hearing loss- need speech therapy

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My brother(age 26) has hearing loss since childhood and is using hearing aids since 15 years. But he is not comfortable pronouncing words and also understanding words. Any speech therapy could /better hearing solutions help? Please suggest
