Your pure tone audiogram reports are suggestive of bilateral conductive hearing loss. If you do not have any middle ear infection then probably you are having condition known as otosclerosis. Another test known as impedance audiogram will help to confirm the diagnosis. If confirmed surgery known as stapedotomy is the treatment.
