Asked for Male, 37 Years

I lost 80% hearing due to infection (while travelling in flight felt that ear fluid I'd coming out,some treatment has taken that time), after that giddiness started and do the test and find out that I hearing loss started. There is any permanent solution to this problem,please guide

I think you had barotrauma during the descent of the flight. It may not be an infection. Consult with the doctor to rule out ear drum perforation or congestion due to barotrauma.
