Dear Doctor,
This is on behalf of one of my friends.
Please find below a brief account of his Medical History:
1. Inside the ear cochlea, Hair cells are diminishing
2. Audiogram Test has been conducted and the report shows 90% hearing loss in the left year & 85% hearing loss in the right year
3. Presently using Semens BIX 3, setting 65 Decibel, Hearing Aid.
