Nasal congestion, hearing loss, tinitus
I am facing nasal block, hearing loss and tinitus problem from around 2 years. Audiomentary report shows 40%loss , vitamin D level 11.6 and SERUM IgE level 804.1 dr suggested for hearing aids. Is there any other option available other than hearing aids? ,also i have question is there any genetic factor involve? Or will this problem be transfer to my successor? Also I want to know the reason of this hearing loss? Is this due to allergy? Attaching my audiomentary report here.

1. Treat the nasal block issue first. Nasal block aggravate and increase hearing loss and also tinnitus. 2. Hearing loss, nasal block, tinnitus can have an underlying allergic symptoms that may cause this. Allergy or Hearing loss itself has genetic link. 3. Yes, it can. 4. Reason of Hearing loss can be multiple. Nasal block causes Otitis media. Nerve loss can be due to some other reason. So it's multifactorial. Need proper evaluation and management. 5. It can be due to allergy. Allergic sinusitis, nose block, Eustachian tube dysfunction, Otitis media hence hearing loss.
