My mother having sugar around 250 and BP around 150/85 and also having asthama oximeter @91. High alergy AEC count around 650 and having severe pain in knees...What will be the healthy food/fruits/juice and she is vegetarian?

At first target should be weight loss for reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Due to BP avoid table salt, pickel, papad, chips, chutney etc.
