I would like to ask if there is any ayurvedic alternative to whey protein powder for faster muscle recovery and faster muscle build up because bcca protein,whey protein or creatine can harm body by damaging kidney and liver and if possible cheap alternative and is there any way to only reduce belly fat in ayurveda can you recommend some ??

cereal/ sprouts,egg , paneer,soya ,in proper proportion in meal plate and proper excercises help to build muscle mass .
Along with this detoxification of body at certain intervals with ayurveda therapies.
