Hi.. u have poor glycemic control, diabetic can't be solved oly with medications.. it's mainly of diet and physical activity.. pls consult for which I can guide you

Your lipid profile , liver function reports and creatinine levels are normal.You have uncontrolled diabetes with high fasting glucose and hba1c which ideally should have been less than 130 mg and hba1c 7%.your BMI is 33.84 which is class 1 obesity.You need to modify lifestyle and diet . treatment with newer drugs after consultation with an endocrinologist is recommended.
