Hi Hope you are doing fine If it's about general health than eat on time according to your shifts because that will get disturb. Take out 30-45 min time for exercise Keep yourself hydrated. Be active. Eat more home-cooked food n avoid unnecessary munching. Try to fix time for sleep Avoid mobile n tv before you sleep. Make sure you are taking 2-3 litres of water daily, eat 1 fresh fruit and raw vegetables with meals, avoid oily / spicy food , have early dinner take a simple walk , this can help you get good sleep.
