Hi..I took treatment for hairfall..I was prescribed minioxidil wrongly for minor hairfall and due to my scalp sensitivity it got burned by it. Now it is healing and I can see red flakes peeling out and new skin coming out at some places. Any medicine to hlmake the healing process faster so that these wounds get heal quickly.

Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing flakes... Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Minoxidil never burns the skin and no wounds occur bcz of it. It must be something else that you used/did.
Its normal to see some dandruff like flakes with the use of minoxidil. Wash hair alternate day.
There are many causes of hair loss such as hormonal, stress, salon procedure nutritional deficiencies. Need to be treated accordingly. And minoxidil is a right drug for it.
