  4. Burned wound. But no use pls help me!

I had a burned wound in my hand it was had by pressure cooker heat it was almost 6 months ago happend but still no cure i had attach the wound photo please suggest me any medicine i already used burn heal oilment and some other oilment but no use pls help me
