Hi Doctor,
I have got lesion in my legs which is not healing. It's been 3 months, I have applied soframycin and other ointments too but it's not healing at all. I checked for diabetes but it came out negative. I have attached the picture of the wound. Please help me and give me a solution.

This wont resolve with the creams u r applying. u will preferably need to consult your Dermat as this will need a bit more aggressive treatment. it could b just a Hypertrophic skin lesion post trauma or even Hypertrophic Lichen Planus. But will require attention to prevent further spread
