Get proper sleep, when you work in PC close ur eyes and take deep breath every half an hour, Do meditation to relieve stress related headache, Drink more water and fresh juice to keep u hydrated.

Hey use artificial tear drop , rest your eye after every hour., refractions test every 6 mint to 1 year , healthy diet

Give 5 minutes rest to eyes after every 1hour of work on PC. Also PC laptop should be at a comfortable distance. Hope this helps
