Yes it definitely can. Locipil should not be started in patients with history of migraine. Youvcan try other contraceptive pills . ( If your main aim is contraception). Why exactly was lonipill started for you?

Yes it can cause headache while on treatment not after stopping it
You need investigations to find out the reason for the headache
Get your blood pressure vision and haemoglobin checked
make sure your screen time is not too much
