Headaches and Dizziness
1. Severe headaches throughout the day either left side or right side or else full head from forehead and temples.

You can take a tab. Cognix-plus twice a day after food for 10 days.
Tab. Health OK once a day after food for 10 days.
Till then consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
