You are breast feeding a baby. I hope you are looking after your needs of Calcium and Iron and Multivitamin.
Most of the aches and pains during lactation are symptoms of deficiency.
Also get your BP checked.
You should also use some effective contraception.
FLEXON MR includes paracetamol, ibuprofen and chlorzoxazone which is a Muscle relaxant. Most common reasons for muscle spasms could be sudden unaccustomed physical activities, trauma, bad postures even sedentary life style and being overweight/obese. Consult a doctor regarding if any of the above condition has caused it and it is better to start on lesser analgesics in the pyramid as common side effects may range from nause, vomiting, gastritis etc..
Next Steps
consult a physician for further evaluation and management.
Health Tips
Prolonged intake analgesics for months/years may cause permanent damage to stomach, liver and even kidneys.
