Hi, I am 18yrs old and having headache since 3 weeks continuously for 24/7. Its not so severe pain, mild kind of headache. Please suggest what mau b the issue nd what needs to be done. As I never had an history of headache like this.

Probably due to eye strain And second reason maybe due to migraine
