Just observe and analyze, what's happening around you in the recent times like any job or career related tension, relationships issues etc. Any of these could be triggering your overwhelming thoughts which may cause headaches.
Start few stress management techniques like breathing excersise, meditation , rest, be in the fresh air environments to manage it.
