Is the nature of your headache for past 2 days similar to what you had in the past.in pregnancy generally psychotropic medications are not advisable to be used .consult a psychiatrist if you are feeling anxious or low in mood. Keeping in mind you are pregnant you need to get your Blood pressure and urine checked. Consult your obstrecian for the same. Do you have any fever , blocked nose, tiredness, or have you been in contact with any body who tested COVID positive. If yes to any of above get tested for COVID which your obstrecian / family doctor can do.
Next Steps
Consult your obstrecian for further advice.
Health Tips
Try relaxation exercises for anxiety.cut down on coffee. Consult a psychiatrist for anxiety.
