Headache problem
Sudden pain in left side of head and even travels till the neck sometime. Recently it happened twice after one hr from a 3hr bike ride from berhampur to bhubaneswar. Previously it also used to happen but not frequently. Now it is happening frequently once in 4 days like that.Once it happens it creates vomiting sensation if I'm in empty stomach. This headache happens also if I'm not in empty stomach.

Could be a primary headache such as migraine. Neck pain could also be due to cervical disc disease. Needs further evaluation before deciding on a treatment.
