Iam using mobile phone more oftenly nowadays aftermy graduation for the past four years nonstop. Iam using more than ten hours a day . Iam getting addicted to it. What should I do to come over of it and also it started to affect my sleep and also causing headaches for the past few months . So iam asking the solution for it and also iam afraid that i may get brain tumour because of this in future . Iam getting nervous because of this and I cannot sleep. Please give me suggestion
