Hey , Kindly consult to doctor first and do not take medicines without prescription. The combination of medicines taken is not appropriate for mild fever/cold. Steroids (Dexona) and antibiotics (Cefix) are generally not needed unless prescribed by a doctor after proper evaluation. For now, ensure adequate hydration, rest, and continue paracetamol (Dolo) if fever or pain persists. If headache worsens, persists beyond 24–48 hours, or is associated with vomiting, vision changes, neck stiffness, or severe weakness- consult a doctor immediately. Avoid taking unnecessary antibiotics or steroids without medical supervision.

Hello. First of all, i hope you have taken all these tablets under the guidance of any doctor and not by yourself. Because all these medicines may not always be needed. If not, please do consult before taking them regularly for mild fever and chills. Since the symptoms have only started since morning, this mostly looks like the case of a viral fever infection and if the fever does not rise anymore, you first need to complete your cefixime course even if the fever does not rise.
Next Steps
Consult a MD medicine doctor near you if the symptoms don’t subside within two days. Also, because these medicines are heavy it looks like your sister may be having a gastric reaction and hence the headache. Take pantoprazole with these medicines always. Please provide your sister with the same and wait for sometime and ask her to rest and sleep.
Health Tips
Give more fluids Rest more Consult a doctor if symptoms don’t subside.
