Headache in the right side of back of my head, rigth head joint elbow poin and right led joint pain aswell please explain what is the problem.

Based on the symptoms you have mentioned It can be anything as simple as wrong posture during sleep and work Or degenerated upper cervical spine Or Some problem in thalamus - We need more tests for evaluation
