Whenever I go in the sunlight after 1 hour or something, my headache started in left side, vein comes out, my job is marketing so I have to go to market in morning, but afternoon I have to return due to this problem, then I take crocin pain relief and give some amritantan on left side after 1 hour it goes, is this problem of migrain or anything else? Please suggest what to do, or what medicine should I take for relief the problem forever, please help.

Take lot of water....while going under sunlight u might have been dehydrated Thtsy y u r getting headache and during summer it's very common..so have lot of fluids
This is since how many years ? Unbearable or bearable pain ? Let me know your BP and sugar. How many hours of sound sleep do you get ? I think you are worried and taking tension because of some anxiety,may be of job or family. Better to prevent the sunlight by cap.
