Headache from last 3 days
From last 2 days, right side of head was paining, some time left side was paining, randomly throughout whole days but not continuous.
Today right side head is paining continuously and also right side eye and teeth is paining.
Due to personal high situation, lot of running thaughts and anxiety is there from last 4-5 days
There is no vomiting and diarrhoea. Bit of cough. No fever.
Temperature ~ 97.9
Blood pressure ~ 117/77
Oxygen ~ 98%
Took crocin tab at 5 in evening and paracetamol tab at 9 in night but not much improvement in pain
In past headache was happening but never like this and continues. Can it be migraine? Anything to worry?

Yes it's migraine ,with proper guidance and medications it can be controlled to much extent ....
You shd try to avoid stressful situations
Have meals on time
Adequate sleep
Hydration
These are simple things which are imp to keep frequency in control
