Headache due to stress
My friend has an headache from a long time. N a doctor give her anti depressants. Should she take tht?? She has headache due to stress. So what can be done for tht??

Hi Dear
If a psychiatrist has advised her to take the medication she should not leave it.
If you still feel consult another psychiatrist, this needs a detailed analysis.
If it is stress then he/she can take up yoga, deep breathing exercises and regular morning walks to release stress.
