I don't know what's happening with me but when I wake up at morning , my head start to pain and the things from my dream automatically came into mind. I sleep with thinking about my tomorrow plan and if have dream then at morning feel lazy even after my 7 hours of sleep and I can't control my random thoughts. Due to that I am suffering through headache.
