Headache at a fixed place at top of head
Dear Doctors, I am a mid 30's woman and for the last 1 week whenever I am trying to lift anything even if it's barely 500 gms I start getting a very sharp headache at a fixed point on top of my head. I feel very weak. Although my weight is 70 kgs and height 5 ft 7 I am having difficulty lifting even a full bottle of water. Please can you tell me what is happening ? How to resolve this please?

Well. As per your narration  and complaints.  You are 30 years old (not too old), and that too expecting something might be wrong in your brain or head is challenging one. Can't be predicted until tharow investigation are done. It can be any infection or exposure to a light and bright environment or something much more severe that can't be predicted orally or verbally until the investigations are done.  Yet, it can be managed initially for symptomatic management. Complaining of headaches at a fixed point.  Since it started one week ago( so, it's not from too long time) As of now. It is better to go for symptomatic management  with NSAIDs  twice daily.
Next Steps
If the symptoms subside well and good.  If the symptoms hikes then go ahead with the opinion of a neurologist and for further investigation and management.
Health Tips
1) If you work with an electronic device and engage with too much exposure with desktop, laptop, or mobile. try using antiglare or blue coating lens and schedule for less usage. 2) Switch off lights whenever you experience pain. 3) Avoid parties and outside food  and full volume entrainment and loud noises. 4) Try eating fruits and drink  fruit juices so as to feel you strong and hydrated.  drink coconut water and eat healthy. 5) Have sound sleep of mimimum 6-8hrs daily.  and also, u can add on health improvement supplements.
