Headache & feverish-withdrawl Prednisone
Hello doc,
I was taking prednisone morning & evening untill firsr trimester. Now my doc have asked to stop taking this medicine. As soon as i skipped morning dose, i started feeling feverish and headaches in the evening.
Can this be linked?? Pls advise what can i do?

Make it as 2.5 and 5 for one week and then 2.5 and 2.5 for one week and then only 2.5 at bedtime for one week and then stop

Hi, don't stop the medication instantly
Taper is slowly. Lower the doses and then skip the doses. It will take time for your body to adjust.
