I suppose you do not have high blood pressure, un contolled blood sugars? How is your sleep and appetite? Are you ever diagnosed with migraine? Is headache with vomiting or blurring vision?
If the head is frequent, not localised to any particular part of head just moved every where each time and non episodic, it most likely a stress and non serious headache. Try to follow regular routine strictly with sleep, meal timing for 3 weeks, you will improve with yoga as well.

Take simple paracetamol safely and rest for an hour. when you get chance get CT scan after seeing physician.
