Hello , i am often experiencing some really active dreams that i know im dreaming and when i wake up i can still see images in my eyes but after that i experience some heavy headacces. Any idea why is this happening ? Is it maybe cause i force this images when i wake up

Yup u may have headache after when ur sleep get disturbed...first of all dont take any stress and before sleeping think about the good things happend in ur past...and take some medicines which i am prescribing will definately get relief...
